Okay so I did something on my mom’s laptop, when I was uploading a video from a camera onto her laptop, and now her whole laptop account is all adobe. Every icon for everthing is adobe and when you click on it, it says something about the wrong format, and adobe is just there. HOW DO I GET IT BACK TO NORMAL? PLEEEEEEASE I BEG OF YOU
